A visit to Bangkok wouldn't be complete without seeing a Muay Thai bout at Lumpini or Ratchadamnoen stadium, Muay Thai is renowned for its murderous kicking techniques and its intriguing ritual called Rum Muaythai performed by both sides before the fight starts.

After the ritual and bowing of heads, the powerful kicks start. Any part of the body except the head is used. The knockout blows can come everywhere. But movements are with graceful swiftness and artful pummeling. The blows are defined but always come in surprises.
